In's and Out's and Up's and Down's. Upside down Snapshot

INSIDE OUT or OUTSIDE IN
UPSIDE DOWN or DOWNSIDE UP
When letting Outside thoughts In, choose, what can stay, and what must go.
Evaluate the up's, the down's, turn the downside up.
Situations in life demand choice, thought's need choosing, determine in's and out's, up's and down's.
Uplifting "thoughts from the Heart" are the upside of living.
